Order Processing

• We send orders on weekdays Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).
• Most products are made to order – processing time is 4-6 days.
• During holidays like Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, processing time may increase by several additional days.
• ❗Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed, as they go straight into production. Please review our policies and size chart carefully before ordering.
