Returns & Exchanges
Not obsessed with your item? No worries 💖 You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit or a refund.
Here’s everything you need to know:
• Refunds or store credit are issued within up to 5 business days after we receive your item/s
• Exchanges are made by using your store credit or refund to place a new order
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Returns must be approved first - items sent back without contacting us or to an address that has not been provided directly by us won’t be accepted
• Orders purchased with a discount are refunded as store credit only
(except faulty/incorrect items and orders using our 10% welcome code)
• All Buy One Get One orders are considered discounted and are eligible for store credit only
• Orders refused at delivery are eligible for store credit only
• If your order doesn’t include shipping protection, we’re not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or tampered with. In these cases, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to contact the carrier directly and seek compensation.
• We may ask for photos or additional details to help resolve any issues quickly.

We offer an easy return option through our carrier partners at negotiated rates.
• Return label cost depends on your location and parcel weight
• We’ll confirm the exact fee before you proceed
• The cost will be deducted from your refund
You can also return the item using your local postal service (though it’s usually less convenient and more expensive).
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Once an order is placed, it can’t be canceled.
