Returns
We gladly accept returns & exchanges.
- if you don’t like your item\s for any reason, you can submit your return for refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order
- it can take up to 7 business days to issue your refund or store credit once the return is received
- exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order
- refunds of discounted orders are always issued to store credit (unless item is faulty or incorrectly sent) except for orders made with a “welcome” 10% discount code
- All items of an order placed with a Buy One Get One code are considered discounted and only eligible for store credit refund upon returning
- buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- orders that have been sent back without our knowledge and/or to an address that has not been provided directly by us after a return request, will not be refunded
- orders that have been rejected upon delivery are only eligible for store credit
- buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable. Orders that have not been delivered due to lack of payment of such fees will not be refunded. Partial refund is available only after we deduct all manufacturing, shipping and return costs from the total paid by the buyer.
- we are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages. In such cases, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to contact the delivery service responsible and seek reimbursement.
- cancellations are accepted within 24 hour after order is placed
- we reserve the right to request supporting information (photos, screenshots, etc.) in order to resolve any issue that may occur.
Our return & exchange policy does not apply for anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging or tags.
