Returns & Exchanges
- if you don’t like your item\s for any reason, you can submit your return for refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order
- it can take up to 7 business days to issue your refund or store credit once the return is received
- exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order
- refunds of discounted orders are always issued to store credit (unless item is faulty or incorrectly sent) except for orders made with a “welcome” 10% discount code
- all items of an order placed with a Buy One Get One code are considered discounted and only eligible for store credit refund upon returning
- buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- orders that have been sent back without our knowledge and/or to an address that has not been provided directly by us after a return request, will not be refunded
- orders that have been rejected upon delivery are only eligible for store credit
- If your order does not include shipping protection, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, tampered with, or delayed by the carrier. In such cases, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the delivery service directly and seek compensation
- our return & exchange policy does not apply for anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging or tags
- we reserve the right to request supporting information (photos, screenshots, etc.) in order to resolve any issue that may occur.
How to Return:
To request a return, drop us a line at meow@candycatz.com with your order number and the reason for return.
After we receive your email, our team will guide you through the return steps.
We offer a convenient return option via FedEx at our negotiated rates. The courier will collect the parcel directly from your address at a time that works for you.
The return label fee varies depending on your location and parcel weight. We’ll confirm the cost with you before arranging the pickup, and the fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you’d rather, you’re welcome to send the item back using your local postal service. Keep in mind this option is usually more costly and less convenient. For the easiest experience, we recommend using the return option above.
